A creamy and warm bake of chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese nestled in tortillas, perfect for families and easy to make.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 6 tortillas
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup ham, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, diced ham, and half of the Swiss cheese.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll them up, and place them seam-side down in the baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the enchiladas.
- Top with the remaining Swiss cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to cut prep time. Warm tortillas before filling for easier rolling.
