- 2 celery stalks, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package gnocchi (16 ounces)
- 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, and celery; sauté until soft.
- Stir in garlic and cook for another minute. Add thyme and basil.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add shredded chicken, heavy cream, and gnocchi. Cook until gnocchi float to the top.
