This Chicken & Green Beans Dinner Casserole is simple, warm, and fast, using cooked chicken and green beans with a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs on top for added crunch if using.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the top is golden brown.
