This Chicken & Green Beans Dinner Casserole is simple, warm, and fast, using cooked chicken and green beans with a creamy sauce.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed and cut
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked chicken, green beans, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs on top for added crunch if using.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use cooked chicken you already have to save time. If green beans are frozen, thaw or cook briefly so they are not too watery.
