A hearty and comforting one-pot chicken spaghetti dish that’s easy to prepare in the CrockPot.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Place chicken breast at the bottom of the CrockPot.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, diced onion, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or high for 240 minutes.
- About 30 minutes before serving, break the spaghetti in half and stir it into the pot.
- Cover and cook until the pasta is tender.
- Before serving, top with shredded cheese if desired, and let it melt before serving.
Notes
Use frozen chicken breasts and adjust the cooking time if needed. You can also add other vegetables for added nutrition.
