- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature!
Notes
For a variation, add lemon zest or banana for added flavor. Store cake wrapped in plastic or in an airtight container.
