Description
Delicious chocolate shells filled with cocoa and marshmallows, perfect for hot chocolate.
Ingredients
- Disposable cups
- Melted milk chocolate
- Candy canes
- Cocoa powder
- Mini marshmallows
- Granulated sugar
Instructions
- Slowly melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave on low power.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the disposable cups and swirl to cover the sides.
- Let the chocolate set, then apply another layer for stability.
- Carefully remove the cups from the molds.
- Pour more melted chocolate into the cups and insert candy canes. Let dry.
- Add 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder and top with mini marshmallows. Drizzle melted chocolate over marshmallows to secure.
- Decorate the outside of the cups with melted chocolate and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
- To make hot chocolate, place a cup in hot milk, wait a bit, and stir until melted.
Notes
Use high-quality chocolate for best results. Store in a cool, dry place and consume within 1-2 weeks.
