Description

Delicious chocolate shells filled with cocoa and marshmallows, perfect for hot chocolate.


Ingredients

  • Disposable cups
  • Melted milk chocolate
  • Candy canes
  • Cocoa powder
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Slowly melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave on low power.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate into the disposable cups and swirl to cover the sides.
  3. Let the chocolate set, then apply another layer for stability.
  4. Carefully remove the cups from the molds.
  5. Pour more melted chocolate into the cups and insert candy canes. Let dry.
  6. Add 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder and top with mini marshmallows. Drizzle melted chocolate over marshmallows to secure.
  7. Decorate the outside of the cups with melted chocolate and sprinkle with granulated sugar.
  8. To make hot chocolate, place a cup in hot milk, wait a bit, and stir until melted.

Notes

Use high-quality chocolate for best results. Store in a cool, dry place and consume within 1-2 weeks.
