An easy and delicious snack that combines chocolate and peanut butter, perfect for kids and adults alike.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 package of low-carb tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the tortillas.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  4. Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them into pinwheels.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Lightly coat the pinwheels with melted butter and place them in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm; can be enhanced with extra chocolate chips on top. Best enjoyed with a glass of milk or a cup of tea.
