Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 package of low-carb tortillas
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly over the tortillas.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and slice them into pinwheels.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly coat the pinwheels with melted butter and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm; can be enhanced with extra chocolate chips on top. Best enjoyed with a glass of milk or a cup of tea.
