Description

Quick, fresh, and sweet chocolate-dipped strawberries coated in creamy Greek yogurt for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup ripe strawberries (about 10 medium)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse strawberries under cold water and pat dry thoroughly.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt with sea salt until combined.
  4. Dip each strawberry into the yogurt mixture, letting excess drip off, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle or dip each yogurt-coated strawberry in melted chocolate, allowing excess to fall away.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about one hour or until chocolate hardens.

Notes

Keep them stored in a single layer in an airtight container in the fridge for best results.
