- 1 cup ripe strawberries (about 10 medium)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Rinse strawberries under cold water and pat dry thoroughly.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until melted and smooth.
- In another bowl, mix Greek yogurt with sea salt until combined.
- Dip each strawberry into the yogurt mixture, letting excess drip off, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Drizzle or dip each yogurt-coated strawberry in melted chocolate, allowing excess to fall away.
- Chill in the refrigerator for about one hour or until chocolate hardens.
