Christmas Dinner Recipes Collection

  • 3 cups of pasta (your choice)
  • 2 cups of your favorite sauce (tomato, Alfredo, etc.)
  • 1 cup of grated cheese (Parmesan, mozzarella, etc.)
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of buttermilk
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of seasoning (salt, pepper, garlic powder)
  • 1 beef tenderloin (about 1 pound)
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1 cup of mushrooms (finely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 1 pre-cooked ham (about 23 pounds)
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cloves
  • 1 bone-in prime rib roast (34 pounds)
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
  • 2 pounds of pork shoulder
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 6 cups of mixed greens
  • 1 cup of pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and add the pasta. Cook until al dente, then drain and return to pot. Mix in sauce and cheese. Heat until warm.
  2. Soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour. Coat in seasoned flour, then fry until golden brown.
  3. Season beef, sear, then add mushrooms. Roll out pastry, spread with mustard, place beef and mushroom mix, fold, and bake.
  4. Score ham, mix glaze ingredients, spread over ham, and bake.
  5. Rub prime rib with oil and seasonings, roast until desired doneness.
  6. Rub pork with seasonings, roast until tender.
  7. Mix breadcrumbs, cranberries, and apple, stuff turkey breasts, and bake.
  8. Slice potatoes, layer in a dish, pour milk mixture over, top with cheese, and bake.
  9. Combine greens, pomegranate seeds, and walnuts, toss with dressing before serving.
