Christmas Fudge

Delightful layers of white and semi-sweet chocolate, perfect for festive gatherings and holiday sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (divided)
  • 6 oz white chocolate chips
  • 6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (divided)
  • 2 tbsp Christmas sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper, spray with nonstick cooking spray, and set aside.
  2. Place the white chocolate chips in one bowl and the semi-sweet chocolate chips in another. Divide the sweetened condensed milk in half, adding about 7 oz to each bowl.
  3. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each until fully melted. Stir in 1 tsp of vanilla extract and spread in the prepared pan.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in the same manner, adding the remaining 1 tsp of vanilla extract once melted. Mix in the Christmas sprinkles and spread over the semi-sweet chocolate layer.
  5. Top with extra sprinkles and chill in the fridge for at least one hour before slicing and enjoying.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks at room temperature, or freeze for up to three months. Feel free to customize with nuts or different chocolate chips.
