Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 fresh Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Red, green, and black seedless grapes
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar (cut into ¾-inch squares)
  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack (cut into equal size)
  • 4 ounces mild or medium cheddar (cut into equal size)
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • 12 star fruits (sliced)
  • 1 cup assorted nuts
  • 1 green kiwi fruit (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Create the outline of your tree using rosemary sprigs from top to bottom.
  2. Place the celery at the bottom for the trunk.
  3. Begin layering at the bottom with cheese, then grapes alternating with cheese in decreasing row sizes.
  4. Arrange kiwi slices at the top of the tree.
  5. Add a star fruit slice at the top for decoration, and additional star fruit slices randomly if desired.
  6. Scatter cranberries and nuts around the tree, and form a base with nuts around the celery trunk.
