Christmas Tree Shaped Charcuterie Board

A festive and fun charcuterie board designed to resemble a Christmas tree, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 10 fresh Rosemary sprigs
  • 1 celery stalk
  • Red, green, and black seedless grapes (clipped into small clusters)
  • 4 ounces sharp cheddar (cut into ¾-inch squares)
  • 4 ounces Monterey Jack (cut into ¾-inch squares)
  • 4 ounces mild or medium cheddar (cut into ¾-inch squares)
  • ½ cup fresh cranberries
  • 12 star fruits (sliced)
  • 1 cup assorted nuts
  • 1 green kiwi fruit (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Make the outline of your tree using the sprigs of rosemary, starting from the top and spreading farther down.
  2. Place the celery stem at the bottom for the trunk of the tree.
  3. Start from the bottom and create rows with cheese and grapes, alternating colors.
  4. Position kiwi slices in a triangle shape for the top of the tree.
  5. Add a slice of star fruit at the top for the star and scatter cranberries and nuts around the tree.
  6. Assemble the board up to 4 hours ahead of serving, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Customize with your favorite cheeses and nuts; use colorful fruits for visual appeal.
