- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 cups shredded green cabbage
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 8 tortillas (corn or flour)
- Sliced avocado

- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas topped with slaw and sliced avocado.
Notes
Pat shrimp dry before marinating for better searing. Do not overcook shrimp to avoid firmness. Make slaw ahead of time for better flavor integration.
