Instructions
- In a blender, combine the cold brew coffee, banana, Greek yogurt (or protein powder), almond butter, and honey (if using).
- Add ice cubes to your desired thickness.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
- Serve cold in a tall glass with a straw.
Notes
If you must store it, keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Stir or shake before drinking. It may thicken in the fridge; add cold water or extra cold brew to loosen.
