- 4–6 Sesame seed buns (or keto-friendly alternative)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Form small patties and cook them in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Assemble the bites by placing a patty on a bun base, adding cheese, pickles, onion, and a drizzle of the keto Big Mac sauce.
- Top with the bun cover and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with extra sauce on the side.
Notes
Make sure to dry onions and pickles well to prevent soggy buns. Adjust the toppings to your preference.
