Ingredients

  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • Pickles, sliced
  • Onion, finely chopped
  • Keto Big Mac sauce (mayo, mustard, relish, and spices)
  • 46 Sesame seed buns (or keto-friendly alternative)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Form small patties and cook them in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  4. Assemble the bites by placing a patty on a bun base, adding cheese, pickles, onion, and a drizzle of the keto Big Mac sauce.
  5. Top with the bun cover and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
