Description

Ingredients

  • 34 roasted poblano peppers
  • ½ cup Mexican crema or sour cream
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Roast poblano peppers until skins blister.
  2. Steam under cover for 10 minutes.
  3. Peel, seed, and blend with remaining ingredients.
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days. Stir before using, and whisk or blend if it separates.
