- 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the corn, cheddar cheese, green onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
Notes
Serve chilled. Use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother mix. Can be baked for a warmer dip.
