Corn Dip

Creamy and crunchy corn dip, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers (can be spicy if desired)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the corn, cheddar cheese, green onions, bell peppers, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.

Notes

For added spice, consider using diced jalapeños or pepper jack cheese. Can be made ahead of time for more flavorful results.
