Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced potatoes (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup chopped fresh radishes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced potatoes and cook until lightly browned and tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  4. Add canned corned beef (cut into small pieces) and radishes.
  5. Cook until heated through and everything is well combined, about 5 minutes.
