- 1 can of corned beef
- 2 cups diced potatoes (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup chopped fresh radishes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: eggs for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
- Add diced potatoes and cook until lightly browned and tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in chopped onion and cook until translucent.
- Add canned corned beef (cut into small pieces) and radishes.
- Cook until heated through and everything is well combined, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with a fried or poached egg.
Notes
For a crisp top, press the hash flat and let it cook without stirring for a few minutes.
