Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the corned beef with olive oil, salt, pepper, and any spices from the seasoning packet.
- Place the corned beef in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for about 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy outside and cooked through.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Pat the meat dry before rubbing oil and spices. Aim for an internal temperature of 145-160°F for preferred doneness. Flip the brisket halfway for even crust.
