Ingredients

- 1½ cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the cottage cheese, dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
- Blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings as needed.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge until ready to use.
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat cottage cheese. Blend longer for a smoother consistency. If too thick, add a little milk to thin it.
