Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Combine the cottage cheese, melted butter, milk, and egg in another bowl.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Serve warm as a side dish for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Notes
Do not overmix the dough for tender biscuits. They can be served with butter, jam, or gravy.
