- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients until a dough forms.
- Fold in cranberries and walnuts.
- Divide the dough in half and shape each half into a log on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Slice the logs diagonally into 1/2-inch thick pieces.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until crisp.
- Cool completely before serving.
