- 1 pound sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: chopped green onions or herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the sausage, cream cheese, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
- Add in the almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving. Optionally, garnish with chopped green onions or herbs.
Notes
For a variation, try using different cheese or adding jalapeños for heat. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
