Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (Italian or Cajun), sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning.
  5. Bring to a simmer and let it thicken slightly.

Notes
