A creamy and easy casserole that tastes like crab rangoon and bakes quickly.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream until well combined.
- Stir in the crab meat, green onions, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and season with salt and pepper.
- Layer wonton wrappers on the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Spread half of the crab mixture over the wontons.
- Add another layer of wontons followed by the remaining crab mixture.
- Top with more wonton wrappers if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use softened cream cheese for an easier mix. For extra crunch, add a final layer of wontons or panko on top before baking.
