Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sear the chicken thighs until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Add cream cheese and ranch dressing mix to the skillet with the chicken. Stir until cream cheese is melted.
  4. Cook on low heat until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Crumble the bacon and mix it back into the dish.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes
