- 8 oz cream cheese
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sear the chicken thighs until golden brown on both sides.
- Add cream cheese and ranch dressing mix to the skillet with the chicken. Stir until cream cheese is melted.
- Cook on low heat until the chicken is cooked through.
- Crumble the bacon and mix it back into the dish.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat cream cheese. You can add garlic powder or smoked paprika for extra flavor.
