Ingredients

  • 4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for keto)
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, feta cheese, chopped onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 5-6 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
  4. Combine tomato sauce and heavy cream in another pan, simmer until heated.
  5. Serve patties topped with the tomato cream sauce.
