- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 medium summer squash, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and chicken, cooking until the chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir in summer squash and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add heavy cream, cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm.
