Description
A quick and comforting dish featuring soft noodles, chicken, and a smooth garlic cream sauce.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Bring chicken broth and water to a boil in a large pot. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Cook chicken breasts in a separate pan over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and slice.
- Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Then add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then let simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the creamy sauce and mix well.
- Serve ramen in bowls, topped with sliced chicken and garnish with green onions.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for best flavor. Ensure noodles are not overcooked; they will soften more in the sauce. Thinly slice chicken for quick warming.
