Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring chicken broth and water to a boil in a large pot. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  2. Cook chicken breasts in a separate pan over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from heat and slice.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same pan and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Then add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then let simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Combine the cooked noodles with the creamy sauce and mix well.
  6. Serve ramen in bowls, topped with sliced chicken and garnish with green onions.
