Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed pork rinds (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream, celery, green onions, cheddar cheese, slivered almonds, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
