Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the shrimp and season with Cajun seasoning, cooking until shrimp are pink.
  3. Remove shrimp and set aside.
