Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  2. Boil the chopped sweet potatoes in a large pot of cold water over medium heat until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Drain the sweet potatoes and let them sit for a few minutes to evaporate excess moisture.
