Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are soft and browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic to the skillet and sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss well to coat the pasta in the creamy sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
