Creamy Radish Salad With Carrots

A quick and creamy salad featuring crunchy radishes and sweet carrots with a simple mayo dressing, perfect as a light lunch or side dish.

  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • Optional: 1 cup Shredded Chicken

Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the radishes and carrots thinly.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
