- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, shredded cheese, ranch dressing, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top of the broccoli mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender and the top is golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use fresh or frozen broccoli. For a crisp top, bake a few extra minutes or broil briefly. Can add cooked chicken or bacon for more protein.
