Ingredients

  • 1 package phyllo dough cups
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and chopped spinach and artichokes.
  3. Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the phyllo cups.
  5. Place the cups on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use well-drained artichokes and chopped spinach for a better filling texture. Soften cream cheese first for easier mixing.
