Ingredients

- 1 package phyllo dough cups
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and chopped spinach and artichokes.
- Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into the phyllo cups.
- Place the cups on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Use well-drained artichokes and chopped spinach for a better filling texture. Soften cream cheese first for easier mixing.
