Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the crushed tomatoes and stir; let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low and add the heavy cream, stirring until combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
