Ingredients

  • chicken pieces (thighs, drumsticks, or breasts)
  • almond flour
  • parmesan cheese (grated)
  • eggs
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • paprika
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in another bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken piece in the egg mixture, then coat in the almond flour mixture.
  5. Carefully place the coated chicken in the hot oil and fry until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes depending on the size of the pieces.
  6. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot with veggies and a salad.
