Description
These roll-ups are a fast and tasty low carb snack that requires no cooking and can be made in just minutes.
Ingredients
- Pastrami slices
- Cream cheese
- Sliced pickles
- Fresh spinach or lettuce
- Optional: mustard or other condiments
Instructions
- Lay out the pastrami slices flat.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese on each slice of pastrami.
- Place a slice of pickle and some fresh spinach or lettuce on top of the cream cheese.
- Roll up the pastrami tightly around the fillings.
- Optional: add mustard or any other condiments before rolling.
- Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve cold.
Notes
Chill rolls for 10–15 minutes before slicing for clean cuts. Use full slices of pastrami for better wrapping.
