Description

These roll-ups are a fast and tasty low carb snack that requires no cooking and can be made in just minutes.


Ingredients

  • Pastrami slices
  • Cream cheese
  • Sliced pickles
  • Fresh spinach or lettuce
  • Optional: mustard or other condiments

Instructions

  1. Lay out the pastrami slices flat.
  2. Spread a layer of cream cheese on each slice of pastrami.
  3. Place a slice of pickle and some fresh spinach or lettuce on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Roll up the pastrami tightly around the fillings.
  5. Optional: add mustard or any other condiments before rolling.
  6. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve cold.

Notes

Chill rolls for 10–15 minutes before slicing for clean cuts. Use full slices of pastrami for better wrapping.
