  • Soy sauce or peanut sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all your fillings by slicing the vegetables and cooking the shrimp or crab.
  2. Dip a rice paper wrap in warm water for a few seconds until soft.
  3. Lay the wrap flat on a clean surface.
  4. Add a small amount of each filling in the center of the wrap.
  5. Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom to the top.
  6. Repeat with remaining wraps and filling.
  7. Serve with soy sauce or peanut sauce for dipping.

Notes
