- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
- 4 low-carb cheese wraps
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cream cheese, cooked bacon, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place a cheese wrap on a flat surface. Spoon some of the filling onto the wrap and roll it up tightly.
- Repeat with remaining wraps and filling.
- Place the roll-ups seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
Notes
Cool the roll-ups to room temperature and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes or warm in an air fryer until crisp.
