Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 4 low-carb cheese wraps
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cream cheese, cooked bacon, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place a cheese wrap on a flat surface. Spoon some of the filling onto the wrap and roll it up tightly.
  4. Repeat with remaining wraps and filling.
  5. Place the roll-ups seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.

Notes

Cool the roll-ups to room temperature and store them in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes or warm in an air fryer until crisp.
