Quick and tasty salmon patties made with canned salmon and simple pantry items, perfect for lunch or as an appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 can of salmon (drained)
- 1/2 cup almond flour or crushed pork rinds
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the drained canned salmon, almond flour (or pork rinds), Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, eggs, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot as a lunch or appetizer.
Notes
Drain the salmon well and press the patties firmly to prevent them from falling apart. For variation, add chopped herbs or hot sauce for extra flavor.
