- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Once done, shred the chicken in the gravy and serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
Notes
For thicker gravy, use less chicken broth or add a slurry near the end. Cooling the dish before storing helps maintain its quality.
