- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package of stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
- In a bowl, mix the stuffing mix with chicken broth and cream of chicken soup until combined.
- Add the chopped onion, celery, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper to the stuffing mixture.
- Spread the stuffing mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
- Serve warm and enjoy the comforting flavors.
Notes
For added moisture, consider using a flavored chicken broth or adding a splash of white wine. Top with sliced almonds or crispy onions for crunch.
