Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Shape into meatballs.
  2. Place the sliced onions in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Layer the meatballs on top of the onions.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the meatballs.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes.
