Description
These thin, crispy chips are low in carbs and easy to make, perfect for snacking or as a side with dips.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, parmesan, or cheese of choice)
- 1 tablespoon seasoning (such as paprika or garlic powder)
- 1 tablespoon almond flour or coconut flour (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the shredded cheese, seasoning, and optional flour until well combined in a bowl.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
- Flatten each scoop with the back of a spoon to form thin discs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with your favorite dips like queso, salsa, or cheesecake dip.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use finely shredded cheese and press discs thin. If chips get soft, re-crisp in a hot oven for 1-2 minutes.
