Description

Rich and easy chocolate bars made with dark, milk, and white chocolate, mixed with nuts and dried fruit.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 50g white chocolate
  • 1 cup assorted nuts
  • 1 cup dried fruit
  • 1/2 cup rice crispy cereal
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler.
  3. Pour the melted dark chocolate into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt the milk chocolate and drizzle it on top of the dark chocolate layer.
  5. Sprinkle assorted nuts, dried fruit, rice crispy cereal, and shredded coconut over the melted chocolate layers.
  6. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the top.
  7. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker setting.
  8. Once set, cut into bars and serve or package as gifts.

Notes

Use good quality chocolate for the best taste. Melt chocolate slowly to avoid burning.
