Rich and easy chocolate bars made with dark, milk, and white chocolate, mixed with nuts and dried fruit.
Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 50g white chocolate
- 1 cup assorted nuts
- 1 cup dried fruit
- 1/2 cup rice crispy cereal
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler.
- Pour the melted dark chocolate into the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- In a separate bowl, melt the milk chocolate and drizzle it on top of the dark chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle assorted nuts, dried fruit, rice crispy cereal, and shredded coconut over the melted chocolate layers.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the top.
- Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate for quicker setting.
- Once set, cut into bars and serve or package as gifts.
Notes
Use good quality chocolate for the best taste. Melt chocolate slowly to avoid burning.
