- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until they are crispy and tender.
- If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
Avoid overcrowding the basket for best results. For extra flavor, consider adding cooked bacon bits, honey, or chili flakes.
