Easy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

A quick and healthy side dish of crispy air fryer Brussels sprouts with a tender inside and minimal ingredients.

Ingredients

  • Brussels sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until they are crispy and tender.
  6. If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

For best results, cut the sprouts evenly and do not crowd the basket. A single layer gives the best crisp.
